Job Description
Shift leads are responsible for guiding crew members to achieve production goals throughout each shift. Shift leads must be able to run the store effectively when management/ownership is not present. Shift leads communicate and work in tandem with assistant managers and the general manager to ensure that crew members stay on task and meet production goals each shift. Shift leads report directly to assistant managers and your store's general manager. All Shift Leads are expected to undergo paid off-site and paid on-site station training as a baker before assuming the leadership position. This ensures that our leaders understand our operations before they are put in charge of others.
