Job Description
The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of the Beverage department on a designated shift. Directs, trains, and monitors performance of staff to maintain effective employee relationships. Ensures that assigned team adheres to company policies and safety practices. Provides guidance, issue resolution support, feedback, and coaching when necessary. Assists in maintaining Beverage department policies and procedures to control beverage and labor costs while maintaining quality product, presentation, and service.
Maintains product inventory levels appropriately while managing related costs. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Alcohol Beverage Commission regulations.
