Zest Culinary Services (formerly MMI Dining Systems) Zest Culinary Services is seeking a Food Service Supervisor with strong culinary skills to lead daily kitchen operations at William Carey University. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise kitchen and staff to ensure efficient service Assist with food preparation and maintain culinary quality Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance (ServSafe preferred) Train, mentor, and support team members Manage inventory Oversee food presentation and portion control Maintain a positive and safe dining experience for students and staff

Qualifications:
