Overview This is an entry level position for a fun, fast pace, constantly evolving opportunity. We would be thrilled to teach you about the restaurant business. We are seeking a dedicated and self motivated individual to oversee daily operations at our family owned restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, a passion of learning, and strong moral compass. As a key member of our shift leading team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. Duties (we will teach you) Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment. Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations. Manage cash handling procedures, including daily cash reconciliation and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Conduct interviews, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance to build a skilled and efficient team. Foster a culture of hospitality by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that arise. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
