Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic PM Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and timely food production Lead staff training and development to foster a motivated, skilled team committed to high standards of service and food quality Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Assist in managing budgets, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing cost-control measures Support catering, banquet, or special event food production as needed while maintaining quality standards Collaborate with management on staffing schedules, shift management, and performance evaluations Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience within the food industry or hospitality sector Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards (including HACCP) Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory control and financial reporting Strong leadership skills with experience in team training, staff development, and performance management Excellent communication skills suitable for managing hospitality teams and collaborating across departments Experience in managing budgets, analyzing profit & loss reports, and implementing cost-saving strategies Culinary experience that includes managing food production for casual dining or fine dining settings; catering or banquet experience is a plus Hospitality management background with a focus on customer service excellence and team leadership Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us as a PM Kitchen Supervisor where your passion for culinary arts meets leadership excellence!
