BREAKFAST AND LUNCH
Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and fine dining. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, creativity in meal preparation, and a commitment to food safety standards. Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion control. Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety protocols. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and order ingredients as needed to ensure seamless operations. Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards throughout the kitchen. Collaborate with catering teams for special events and large-scale meal preparations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff. Experience Proven experience in a leadership role within the culinary field, preferably as a Head Chef or Executive Chef. Strong background in dietary department operations or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Extensive experience in menu planning, fine dining service, and restaurant operations. Proficient in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and knife skills. Knowledge of catering services and experience working in various kitchen environments is beneficial. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
