Job Description
About us Clyde Coffee is a locally owned cafe, coffee roastery and coffee shop with two locations in Missoula, MT and we're looking for the right person to be supervise our bakery/kitchen team and operations. Please provide a cover letter and resume outlining your interest in managing the kitchen and baking operations at Clyde along with relevant experience. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered. Please be nice, smart, flexible, hard working and organized. Successful applicants will enjoy working with and creating minimum of two years of prior baking, cafe, kitchen leadership or management experience with an emphasis on cafe or bakery work. Coffee experience a plus but not necessary. Please have previous experience supervising a small to mid size team. Candidates will not be considered for an interview without submitting a cover letter. Successful applicants will enjoy working with people, processes, achieving business results and have prior experience leading others and working in a bakery, cafe or coffee shop role. Availability on weekends is a must Manage inventory control, staffing, and resources. Solve problems for employees one-on-one. Organized Good communication 1-1 and across shifts and days Ability to cost out recipes Ability to manage our recipes and train staff to execute on them Ability to train and motivate a small staff
