Bitterroot Bouncers is the premier indoor play destination in Missoula for children ages 0-12 .
Our mission is simple:
provide a high-energy, safe, and spotless environment for kids to burn off steam while parents enjoy a rare moment of relaxation. We pride ourselves on a team that is friendly, proactive, and committed to top-notch customer service. Position Overview We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a leadership role designed for someone organized, proactive, and ready to lead by example. Weekend availability is a requirement. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to meet you!

9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Sunday:
9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Note :
Potential pick up shifts other days.
Responsibilities Leadership:
Supervise daily operations; support and motivate team members during "rush hour."
Admin:
Manage scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting.
Event Lead:
Act as the primary host for Birthday Parties and our popular "Date Night" events.
Guest Experience:
Manage check-ins, process payments, and ensure waivers are 100% accurate.
Facility Excellence:
Maintain a "white glove" standard of cleanliness and ensure all safety guidelines are followed. Qualifications 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role (retail, hospitality, or childcare preferred). Ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults. Ability to stay calm and organized in a loud, high-traffic environment. Must be 18+ and pass a background check. CPR and First Aid certification required (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire). Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move actively throughout an 8-hour shift. Comfortable with loud noise, flashing lights, and varying temperatures.
Pay & Perks Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00/hour (DOE).
