Red Lodge Mountain is looking for an experienced, people-focused Food & Beverage Director to lead our multi outlet operation; including restaurants, bars, cafeterias, banquets and golf course. Work in a beautiful Montana mountain setting year-round Lead a diverse, high volume F&B operation Autonomy plus influence over team, menus, and operations Collaborative leadership culture with growth potential What You'll Do Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team Hire, coach, and mentor managers and staff across multiple outlets Build a positive, accountable, service-driven culture Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences Oversee daily operations across all F&B locations and banquets Maintain high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness Ensure seamless execution of employee functions, weddings, banquets, and tournaments Own the Business Be an active and engaged member of the Senior Leadership Team, able to learn and lead as a Director on Duty for the overall resort when needed Create and Manage operational and revenue budgets, labor, purchasing and inventory Analyze performance and implement improvements Align operations with revenue and profitability goals Improve & Innovate Enhance menus, systems and workflows Drive efficiency while maintaining quality and experience Partner across departments, working as a team to elevate the overall guest experience What You Bring 5+ years of F&B leadership experience (resort or multi-outlet preferred) Strong team leadership, coaching, and people development skills Solid financial acumen (labor, cost control, budgeting) Experience with high-volume service and events ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) Hands-on, adaptable leadership style Availability to work weekends & holidays Work Environment Combination of office, kitchen, and outdoor mountain environments Active role requiring standing, lifting (up to 70 lbs), and movement Occasional travel via chairlift, snowmobile, ski/snowboard or snowcat Physical Requirements:
