Responsibilities:

Supervise restaurant staff during shifts, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and cleanliness Oversee food handling and safety protocols in accordance with health regulations Manage POS systems for order processing and cash handling Train new team members on food production, customer service standards, and operational procedures Assist with kitchen management tasks like food production oversight and ensuring quality standards are met Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction. Support shift management by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining a positive work environment Experience Proven supervising experience in a quick-service or fast food restaurant environment Strong background in customer service, food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Toast POS Previous roles involving customer service, kitchen management or culinary experience are highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Join us as a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable dining experiences.
