Help team members build confidence, strengthen their skills, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Support restaurant leaders in creating strong, capable, and motivated teams. Keep Operations Running Smoothly Ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed. Champion food quality, safety, sanitation, and operational excellence throughout Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). Help maintain the consistency and high standards that make Wings Over stand out. Bring Solutions, Not Just Problems Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to help teams succeed. Handle challenges and workplace conflicts with fairness, empathy, and professionalism. Support restaurant operations wherever needed while keeping our mission and values at the center of everything you do. Perform other related duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table You don't just know how to run a great shift. You know how to help others become great at what they do.

Here's What We're Looking For:

3+ years of food service experience , including at least 1 year in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment ServSafe Certification required Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Confidence managing restaurant operations independently Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative, identify challenges, and implement solutions A calm, positive, and professional approach under pressure A genuine passion for great food, excellent service, and developing people Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Legal authorization to work in the
