Responsibilities Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all cleaning procedures meet company standards for quality and safety. Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of attendants and custodial staff to deliver efficient service throughout each shift. Monitor sanitation and safety regulations diligently, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and oversee performance to optimize workflow and productivity. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness; coordinate maintenance when needed. Enforce company policies on hygiene, sanitation, safety regulations, and operational procedures consistently across shifts. Requirements Proven experience in supervising teams within cleaning services, industrial cleaning, or custodial environments. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively while maintaining high morale. Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions, manage team performance, and interact professionally with customers. Background in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable; hospitality or housekeeping management experience is a plus. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. Prior experience in laundry or hospitality settings can be beneficial for understanding diverse service needs.
