Responsibilities:

Lead and support the production team Communicate and translate between English and Spanish speaking employees Help meet daily production goals Follow safety and quality standards Address 1st shift employee and production issues as needed. Work overtime when required

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish Manufacturing and production experience Team Lead experience preferred Reliable and available to start immediately Mandatory overtime when requested

Pay:

$19.00 per hour
