As a key leader during your shift, you will oversee staff, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and ensure smooth restaurant operations from opening to closing. Your leadership will inspire your team, uphold our hospitality standards, and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring efficient service and adherence to safety protocols. Lead, motivate, and train staff on food preparation, POS systems such as Toast and ensure customer service best practices. Manage shift operations including inventory control, food handling, and cash handling procedures. Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining food safety compliance. Coordinate with kitchen staff on culinary tasks such as cooking, food presentation, and kitchen management. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Skilled in operating POS systems such as TOAST; adept at cash handling and transaction accuracy. Demonstrate leadership in supervising hospitality teams and managing staff Knowledge of food safety management, inventory control, and food handling regulations. Excellent communication skills for managerial conversations, team leadership, and customer interactions.
