Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Restaurant Pre-Order Lead and take charge of streamlining the pre-order process to ensure a seamless pickup experience for our guests. In this fast-paced role, you will oversee the coordination and execution of pre-orders and uphold the highest standards of service excellence. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment, all while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Duties Lead the pre-order team to efficiently manage incoming orders through various channels such as online platforms, mobile apps, and phone calls. Coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to prioritize and prepare pre-orders for timely delivery or pickup. Monitor order accuracy, special requests, and dietary restrictions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Train new team members on pre-order procedures, customer service protocols, and technology systems. Collaborate with management to develop strategies that optimize pre-order workflows and enhance overall efficiency. Motivate team members through active coaching, recognition, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability. Experience Proven experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management with a focus on order fulfillment or guest service. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and customers. Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems, online ordering platforms, and digital order management tools. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under extreme pressure. A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges swiftly. Pay:
$14.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 - 42.0 per weekBenefits:
