Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and create an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and cleanliness Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with accuracy and integrity Supervise staff training and development to uphold high standards in food safety, customer service, and food handling Control inventory levels for food and supplies, conducting regular stock checks and ordering as needed Lead team members through supervising tasks like cooking, food production, and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Assist in interviewing and onboarding new staff members to build a motivated and skilled team Support management in budgeting, scheduling, and overall restaurant management activities Uphold health regulations by implementing proper food safety practices across all operations Experience Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with a focus on customer service excellence Supervising or management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and sales processing Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management including inventory control Background in food safety protocols, food handling standards, and restaurant operations management Experience with staff training & development, supervising teams, interviewing candidates, and shift management Knowledge of catering, banquet service, or hotel hospitality experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a lively setting.
