Job Description

WHY ALPACA?
We're not a franchise. We're a veteran, minority, and family-owned company with deep roots in North Carolina — partners with the Hurricanes, Durham Bulls, UNC, Duke, and NC State. Every plate we serve is made with all-natural ingredients, free of added hormones and FDA allergens. Our Pollo a la Brasa — marinated and slow-roasted over wood charcoal — has been called the best chicken in the Triangle. Now we're taking that reputation to Greensboro, and we want a leader who'll make it happen. This isn't a caretaker role. You're not inheriting a mature store. You're opening one. That means building a team from scratch, establishing Alpaca's culture, and setting the standard for everything that follows.
