Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during your shift Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to guarantee quality and safety compliance Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels, assist with food management, and monitor stock replenishment to minimize waste Train new staff members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team skills Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent leadership abilities with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Skilled in inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures Effective communication skills for staff training, interviewing, and customer interactions Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality management who thrive in energetic environments.
