Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop helper to join our team. As a team member in our cafe', you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff while driving the success of our business. Duties You are an integral part of daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high-quality standards. Oversee food preparation processes while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand. Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain time management strategies to optimize schedules and workflow during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Skills Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency in operating POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety regulations, and proper food handling practices. Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
