Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management professional to lead and oversee daily operations within a fast-paced food service environment. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and fostering a motivated, well-trained team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in restaurant management, culinary operations, and team leadership to drive success across all facets of the establishment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence and contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and ensuring smooth service flow. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to meet safety standards and quality expectations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing. Train and develop team members in food service procedures, customer service excellence, and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming hospitality environment. Assist with budgeting, cost control measures, and overall restaurant management to maximize profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting. Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in staff training, team management, interviewing, and leadership development. Background in kitchen management, food production, catering, or banquet experience is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling accurately. Knowledge of inventory control practices along with budgeting experience within the food industry.
