The Lead Cook is a key driver of our culinary experience, responsible for executing refined dishes while leading the kitchen with discipline, creativity, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Execute all menu items with a high level of culinary technique and presentation Lead kitchen operations during service, ensuring flow, timing, and excellence Train and mentor team members to uphold À Ma Manière standards Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices Collaborate on menu evolution, seasonal features, and presentation standards Manage prep execution, station readiness, and product quality Support inventory, ordering, and cost control Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens Strong leadership presence and ability to guide a team through service Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and plating aesthetics Detail-oriented with a commitment to consistency and excellence Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends A Ma Maniere Standard We do things with intention.
