Overview We are seeking a lead operator in our strapping/packaging department to oversee the packaging and strapping processes while maintaining safety and quality standards. As a leader in our manufacturing plant, this individual will mentor team members, coordinate daily operations, and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running smoothly. PRODUCTION

Lead a team of employees in a fast paced, highly automated manufacturing environment Work is primarily indoors with continuously open doors to outside weather conditions Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Prior leadership experience is required Take on an active role in leading departmental 5S initiatives Ability to direct work and hold team accountable for results Communicate clearly with management and fellow team members Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, climb and lift 50 lbs.
