ItsAWrap Vietnamese Eatery in Morrisville, NC is looking for FOH team members to join our front of house team. ItsAWrap is a fast-casual restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine. Our ideal candidate is conscientious, resourceful, and dependable. Front line servers are responsible for providing a variety of services to guests, such as taking orders, serving food, maintaining a high level of restaurant cleanliness. Welcome guests and answer questions related to the establishment and menu details. Line servers are responsible for the final preparation of all food. We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.Experience:
- Basic math skills, including retail math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties
- Proactively assist and maintain customers relations
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service
