About the Role As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the restaurant when management isn't present. You'll set the pace for every shift by coaching your team, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience. This position requires someone who leads from the front, takes ownership, and holds both themselves and their team accountable. What You'll Do Lead shifts with confidence and professionalism Coach, train, and develop team members Deliver outstanding customer service every shift Prepare food to Jersey Mike's standards with speed and accuracy Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Hold your team accountable to company expectations Resolve customer concerns professionally Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations Help drive sales, efficiency, and team performance What Makes Someone Successful Here?
