Jersey Mike's Subs of Southern Shores is now hiring a team member with ambition to work towards becoming a shift leader now with the potential to move into a management position within our Jersey Mike's family, if desired. Initial compensation will be based upon relevant work experience, with a guaranteed total minimum compensation of $16/hour. This includes tips, but if the tips do not exceed at least $4.00 per hour, then you will receive additional pay to offset the difference. Additional compensation will also be based on relevant experience and your ability to learn the job. Due to the necessary responsibility of using a deli slicer, this position is only available to candidates that are 18 years or older (labor laws requirement). We are seeking a candidate looking for a Full-Time position and is available for year-round employment. Prior experience on a flattop grill and a deli slicer are a definite plus, but not a requirement. Opportunity for quick advancement within an established company.
