Job Description
Can you lead a team and make every guest feel like a regular! Prior work experience required as a Food and Bar server; with a successful history in a leadership position (shift leader/trainer) 2+ years. This is an entry level supervisor position. In this role you will work with our team to provide great service and customer experiences, while ensuring company standards are meet. A history of positive team coaching and a strong background in food & bar service; will prepare you for this position. Able to step in to assist staff where needed . Duties Work with staff to deliver top-notch service in a friendly and professional. Ensuring consistent quality and safety standards are met in food and beverage service and preparation, Train new staff members on company specs, policy, procedures, safety protocols, and POS operation to ensure consistent performance. Help resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction. Experience in basic food preparation in casual dining environments. Must be available to open and/or close shift Opportunity for tipped shifts Knowledge of Xcel Worksheets and cash handling. Background in hospitality with skills in team leadership and staff training. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
