Job Summary:

As a Supervisor/Shift Lead, you will be providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly, welcoming experience Take accurate orders and handle cash/credit transactions efficiently Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen and restrooms Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, and food products Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food is prepared safely Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Address customer inquiries or concerns and resolve any issues promptly Uphold the brand image and adhere to company policies

Qualifications:

Prior QSR experience preferred Positive attitude and a passion for customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy shifts Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical effort Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
