Job Description

The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents under the supervision of the Director of Culinary Services. Responsibilities Trains new employees, and ensures the food safety standards set by the State/Federal/Benedictine are met. Fosters an engaged culture with the culinary team. Fills in when needed in the kitchen and dining area. Orders food and kitchen supplies and works with approved vendors. Qualifications Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Food service experience. Qualifications Preferred Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
