What Youll Do:
As a Dining Room Supervisor, youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by: Leading the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service and guide dining servers.

Performing essential dining duties, including taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with clean-up.

Conducting pre-shift meetings and training servers to enhance service quality.

Maintaining a superior dining environment, overseeing sanitation, inventory, and ensuring compliance.

Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
