We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great customer service, and knows how to lead by example. As a Shift Leader, you'll help oversee daily restaurant operations while working alongside your team to deliver great food, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming environment. What You'll Do

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Assist with food preparation, sandwich making, and order accuracy.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Delegate responsibilities and keep the team productive.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Handle cash transactions and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Help train and develop new employees.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant management.
• Set a positive example through teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic. What We're Looking For
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Ability to work independently and make good decisions.
