The role:

Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Ensuring that tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and well-organized. Assisting with resetting tables for the next guests. Process payments, provide accurate bills, and manage the checkout process efficiently. Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including side work, cleaning, and stocking. Comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Manage the responsibilities of serving multiple tables at once, ensuring all guests are attended to without long waits. Assist servers, host, bar, or kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
