Overview Join our dynamic team as a Legion Club Manager and lead the charge in creating an exceptional hospitality experience. This energetic role requires a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring top-tier customer service. As the cornerstone of our club's success, you will drive operational excellence, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties Oversee all aspects of club operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and customer engagement Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a high-performing team Supervise food handling, kitchen management, and food production to maintain quality standards Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering procedures Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas Lead shift management by coordinating service flow, resolving customer issues promptly, and optimizing operational efficiency Conduct interviews and participate in staff hiring to build a skilled and motivated team Monitor budgeting activities and assist in cost control initiatives to maximize profitability Foster a hospitality-focused environment that emphasizes excellent customer service and team collaboration Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining settings Proven supervising experience with strong leadership capabilities in restaurant or hospitality management Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS; experience with cash handling and financial reconciliation In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols Strong background in inventory control, food handling, and food production processes Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, interviewing, and customer interactions Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of service quality Familiarity with hotel or banquet operations is a plus; culinary or catering experience highly valued Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Knowledge of budgeting practices within the food industry to support operational goals Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms our club into a vibrant hub of hospitality excellence.
