The Role As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will safely and efficiently provide excellent customer service while leading by example. You will support the Restaurant Manager in training, coaching, and role-modeling for new hires , ensuring our daily operations run as beautifully as the views outside our windows.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leadership & Team Support:
Perform Restaurant Manager duties in their absence. Assist with scheduling, daily duty assignments, and payroll control. Effectively coach, motivate, and provide positive and constructive feedback to staff.
Guest Experience:
Greet guests, present menus, take cocktail and meal orders, and deliver impeccably timed food and beverage service.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain food and beverage controls (portion control, liquor control, pre-check machines). Oversee opening and closing duties, and handle room service or take-out requests.
Table Culture:
Keep the dining room looking pristine by preparing tables (wiping, setting clean linen, glassware, and silverware) and ensuring waiter stations are fully restocked.
Problem Solving:

Experience:
Previous restaurant server experience is required; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, effective communication (verbal and written) , basic computer skills , and a high level of professionalism.
Composure & Drive:
The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure during heavy rush periods.
Flexibility:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet hotel and guest needs.
Legal Requirements:
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol , legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to complete an I-9 form upon hire. Physical Requirements & Working Environment This is a highly active, physically demanding role with high cardiovascular endurance requirements. You will be on your feet and in motion for the majority of your duties. Extended periods of standing and walking (7+ hours/day). Frequent twisting (e.g., serving meals) and frequent lifting from waist to shoulder up to 40 lbs (e.g., lifting heavy trays). Moderate bending and infrequent squatting/kneeling.
