Kendal at Hanover is a mission-driven, not-for-profit senior living community grounded in respect, integrity, and resident-directed care, and home to 400 residents. At Kendal At Kendal at Hanover, dining is more than a meal — it's a moment of connection, comfort, and care. We're looking for a supportive, capable, and hands-on Dining Services Supervisor to lead the teams in our two dining areas in our Assisted Living Neighborhoods to help create an exceptional experience for the residents who call our community home. What You'll Do Lead daily dining room operations — from opening to closing — ensuring every meal service is warm, efficient, and resident-centered Supervise, train, and coach a team of dining staff, setting the tone for excellent service Partner with Nursing and our Dietitian to accommodate residents' individual preferences, allergies, and dietary needs Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, and day-to-day team performance Uphold food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards throughout the dining department Help plan special events and dining experiences that residents look forward to What You Bring 2+ years of related experience in dining services, hospitality, long-term care, or a similar setting Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred, not required) A steady, positive leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and keep a team motivated Flexibility to occasionally support varying shifts Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally A desire to be of service to people and be a part of an engaging community of caring Why Kendal at Hanover We invest in our staff because we know that engaged, well-supported teams are what make our community exceptional. Pay:
