Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? RiverMead, a premier not-for-profit CCRC in Peterborough, NH, is seeking an experienced Culinary Coordinator to help lead our dining services team. In this full-time leadership role, you'll oversee daily dining operations; service, food safety, and overall guest experience, while supervising dining staff and coordinating special events across our dining venues.
What You'll Do:
Greet and support residents and guests throughout meal periods, addressing questions and concerns as they arise Supervise dining service staff, ensuring proper service techniques, sanitation, and side work are consistently followed Oversee opening/closing procedures, station setups, and coordination of special functions with kitchen staff Manage daily operational tasks — processing resident charges, updating menu slides, posting dining announcements, and labeling for allergens Step in during peak times to help with bussing, serving, or other tasks as needed Coordinate staffing and scheduling with other Coordinators and Managers; train and orient new dining staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years of dining service experience with strong knowledge of service, sanitation, and food handling standards Strong leadership and communication skills; basic computer proficiency Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
