Join our team at The Soupery

• the sister restaurant to The Juicery in Downtown Portsmouth! We are looking for a part time organized and energetic Team Member to serve up our delicious menu of locally made soups this winter season. We are open 7 days a week 11 am
• 6 pm Mon-Fri, 11 am
• 4 PM Sat-Sun.

Ideal candidates will have experience in restaurant operations, but is not required. Major responsibilities include, but not limited to: Helping to manage product ordering Managing in person and delivery orders Managing cash handling Create and maintain a positive work environment Managing and enforcing food safety procedures Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team The Soupery is the sister restaurant to The Juicery

Prior Experience & Qualifications:

Candidates with prior experience in the following items will be considered for the position of Sever at

Experience with managing orders in a high volume environment Strong communication and organizational skills Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!) Part Time availability

Compensation:

The pay structure role of Server at The Soupery includes: Rate of $11/hour plus an additional hourly tip-pool average added to your biweekly paycheck. Last season's tip-pool average was an additional $8
