In this energetic leadership role, you will oversee daily store operations, motivate and guide team members, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your passion for coffee, food service, and team management will drive success in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Lead, you will be the backbone of smooth operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hospitality while fostering a positive and energetic workplace culture. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards. Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain product quality. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure safety and consistency. Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas. Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing opening/closing procedures, and resolving customer issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management, preferably in quick service or fast food environments. Strong background in supervising teams, staff training, and development. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in shift management and restaurant operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards.
