Job Description

Oversee food handling and preparation and service for the Atrium Cafe. Breakfast and lunch. Stock and maintain food stations, and ensuring hygienic workspaces and equiptment. Be respectfull and polite to guests and co-workers. Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm Opportunity for off premise catering events, including weddings, on weekends. We value organization, reliability, and a passion for food, and we enjoy mentoring cooks who are excited to grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute daily cafe menu items
  • assist with food prep, cooking and plating
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Participate in off-premise catering events
Qualifications:
  • Passion for food and the culinary industry
  • well organized, responsible and reliable
  • Able to follow direction and work part of a team
  • A well rounded cook with basic kitchen knowledge
