Food Services Director Schedule & Benefits:
Schedule:

Food Services Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:
High School diploma or equivalent ServSafe Certification required Experience in managing Food Services Department and staff in a long-term care setting preferred Inspects the Dietary Department daily to ensure that it is safe and sanitary Submits written reports to the administration as necessary Plans nutritionally balanced & therapeutic meals that reflect the likes and dislikes of residents, as well as Public Health regulations Responsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of meals Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel Hires, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and when appropriate, terminates dietary staff Ability to work independently or part of a group Computer knowledge Complete Care at Bey Lea is an equal opportunity employer. #LI-CB1 7.21.26
