full-time The Quality Supervisor
- 2nd Shift ensures Coronet's products, processes, and systems meet rigorous quality, reliability, and compliance standards. This role drives continuous improvement, leads root?cause analysis, and partners cross?functionally to strengthen manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction. Core Responsibilities Quality Systems Management
- Maintain and improve Coronet's quality management system Ensure all products meet Coronet's quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements through routine inspections, audits, and testing Process Control
- Develop and validate process controls, inspection plans, and testing protocols to ensure consistent Process Monitoring
- Observe production lines, identify deviations, and intervene quickly to prevent defects or downtime product performance Corrective Actions
- Develop, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues Root Cause Analysis
- Investigate defects, scrap, or customer complaints using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone, or Pareto analysis Continuous Improvement
- Identify waste, inefficiencies, and variability; implement data?driven improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain quality documentation, test reports, control plans, and compliance records Cross?
Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Production, and Customer Service to resolve issues and support new product introductions Customer Issue Resolution
- Analyze field failures, coordinate corrective actions, and communicate findings to internal teams and customers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred 2-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, statistical process control (SPC), and quality tools Proficiency with root?
cause analysis, CAPA, and risk assessment Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and measurement data Excellent communication, documentation, and problem?solving skills Experience in manufacturing or production is a must. Lighting experience is plus About Coronet Lighting
