As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining services, ensuring exceptional food quality, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and patients. Kitchen Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our dining services, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service delivery Manage a team of cooks, servers, and other dining staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food presentation Develop and implement creative and appealing menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents and patients Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Collaborate with the Director of Dining Services to develop and implement strategies to improve dining services and increase customer satisfaction
Kitchen Supervisor Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred Proven track record of leadership, team management, and customer service excellence Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
