Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations during their assigned shifts. This role involves managing team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth store functions. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for retail management. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure efficient store operations during your shift. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly. Assist with employee orientation, training new staff, and supporting ongoing development efforts. Manage inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and handle purchasing to keep the store well-stocked. Oversee cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations accurately. Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the store. Skills Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or food service environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Skilled in inventory management, cash handling, and retail math for accurate sales tracking. Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management practices. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good time management and organizational skills. Experience in employee training & development, budgeting, and marketing is advantageous.
