Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, collaborate with management on promotions, events, and concerns professionally and efficient, handle guests concerns promptly and efficient. Responsabilites Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient service. Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensurinn all standards are followed. Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation in all F&B outlets. Supervise, train, and support F&B staff, including seervers, bartenders, and support team members. Create and manage staff schedules based on business levels. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and disiplinary action when necessary. Qualifications Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with sound judgment under pressure. Availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs. 1-2 years of experience as a lead or supervisor in Food & Beverage or a related hospitality function (preferred). Ability to lead with empathy and demonstrate care for colleagues in alignment with Hyatt's purpose. Remains calm, focused, and solution‑oriented under pressure. A hospitality mindset and genuine passion for providing exceptional service. Approachable, people‑first communication style that builds trust and supports team engagement.
