As an assistant food service director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

• What you'll be doing:
• + Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams. + Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service. + Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner. + Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

Must-haves:

_ + High school diploma or equivalent. + At least two years' experience in a supervisory role. + At least two years' foodservice experience. + Proven track record of financial responsibility. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong customer service skills. _

Nice-to-haves:

_ + ServSafe Manager certification. + Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
