Walk-Ins Welcome- 1550 Railroad Pass Casino RoadHenderson Nevada, 89002 LV Petroleum is looking for motivated and dependable Shift Leads to help oversee daily operations at our busy travel center locations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As a Shift Lead, you will help manage day-to-day operations across the store, support team members, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and efficient service throughout every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity and operational efficiency Assist with cash handling, register operations, and shift accountability Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the travel center, including retail and common areas Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently followed Help stock merchandise, monitor inventory, and support overall store operations Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned Train and support new team members while promoting a positive team environment Communicate operational issues or maintenance concerns to management promptly

Requirements Qualifications:

Previous retail, food service, travel center, or customer service experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Benefits Weekly pay.
