Offering an expanded menu, elevated service, and a fine dining experience showcasing the characters everyone knows and loves, we are seeking Shift Leads to supervise our Cafe employees.
Job Description:
Hello Kitty Cafe shift leads are role models for our team that ensure we are providing the very best experience to both our customers and team members. Shift leads encourage and model top notch customer service and work ethic. Shift leads also coach and support their fellow teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
Building memorable positive interactions with our customers, teammates and community Understanding the strengths of your team members and ways to build on their strengths Providing critical and positive feedback to team members to ensure that they are growing in their position Looking for ways in which we can enhance the operations and service in the store Demonstrating a positive and approachable attitude for the team Leading by example not only within the workplace but also within the community Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile Consistently communicating with management to ensure the quality of the service provided Maintaining a calm, demeanor in unique, situations Supporting and teaching new hires through in-store training Maintaining the quality of our products, cleaning and operations of our store Continually lending a helping hand to your teammates, customers and others
Qualifications:
Have at least 1 year of customer service experience Have at least 1 year in a leadership position Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
