What We're Looking For:
Two or more years of experience in varied restaurant positions A minimum of one year of supervisory experience Professional cooking experience and food quality control Experience in guest service preferably barista and bar Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation Hospitality minded Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred Operational knowledge Sanitation Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Preparing high-quality food and beverages to order while maintaining quality, timing, and consistency standards Providing gracious hospitality while assisting guests in all aspects of service Perform opening and closing service and kitchen duties Prepping, restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain a pleasant, safe environment for team members and guests Follow sanitation procedures Utilizing recipes and portion control Balancing high volume with high quality Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all menu items Performing opening and closing restaurant duties Performs supervisory duties (include but are not limited to): Key holder scheduled to open and/or close the restaurant Supports, trains, and supervises team members Covers Manager duties on days off Perform cash operations and ensure accurate financial transactions Fulfills roles in the kitchen and dining room as needed Supports inventories, specials rollouts, and ordering as needed Supports the team to meet or exceed financial and profitability goals We are culture-focused, diverse, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for professionals in our industry.
