Job Description
Looking for Food service supervisor (Part Time 2 days a week, including every other weekend) Must have Nursing Home experience Open kitchen and make rounds. Check Breakfast and Lunch tray line Check Census and physician's orders daily to make diet order changes and change tickets as needed Supervise all areas: ensuring meals are ready and acceptable Check delivery if it comes in Check schedule and make daily assignment sheet for next day Print and put labels on T.F and supplements Print and sort diet tickets Knowledge in Geri Menu and SigmaCare preferred
