We are seeking an experienced part-time shift leader/supervisor with potential to grow within the company. Our restaurant's cozy and inviting atmosphere will make guests feel right at home, whether it's to enjoy a leisurely brunch with a specialty latte or a boozy brunch with a zesty bloody mary.

Job overview:

The shift leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during their designated shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the food industry and have a proven track record in managing restaurant shifts.

Responsibilities:

Manage shift operations including opening and closing procedures Supervise and support team members during shifts Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction Assist in food/drink preparation and service as needed Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Work closely with the management team to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, food service management, or related field Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of food production and service processes Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Familiarity with

TOAST POS
