Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Floor Manager to join our fast-paced Manhattan Tavern. If you thrive in a high-volume hospitality environment, lead by example, and know how to create a great guest experience while keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations Lead, motivate, and support service staff Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction Manage floor flow during busy service periods Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards Handle all aspects of Social Media Requirements Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, tavern, bar, or hospitality setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to stay calm and effective in a high-volume environment Knowledge of Toast POS systems and restaurant operations preferred What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based incentives Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Join a team that takes pride in great service, great food, and a great atmosphere in the heart of Manhattan.
